Calgary Tower and Heritage Village
The second day started nice and slow. We headed downtown and after finding a place to park, we went to Calgary Tower. This is supposed to be a landmark. It was for 1 year the tallest building in the world. It wasn't that impressive but it had a good view of the city. We then went to a park called Heritage Village. We thought it would be a little boring, but it turned out to be very entertaining. The place is set with buildings from 1860's to 1950's. People are dressed according to the decade and you can see inside the houses and buildings with original furniture. It was a nice day out. We then changed hotels and stayed at Hampton Inn & Suites in Calgary.
