Naples & Erculanium
We returned to Milan and took a train down to Naples where we would meet Abuelo. We were very disappointed with the city. It is so dirty, graffiti all over, garbage vomiting in every street and the streets with cigarette butts creating a nice mat. It smelled like a public toilet. So sad. We did go to the Piazza San Gaetano to the underground part of Naples and Sant Elmo Castle. We decided to go to Herculanium vs Pompey as it is a very touristy location and wanted to avoid that.
